  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Access to online courses is granted only once payment has been received in full.

4. Booking Policy

  • For coaching sessions or workshops, bookings must be made in advance through our website.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your details (including email address) are correct so that we can deliver your course access.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Online courses (digital products): Once purchased, access is granted immediately. Refunds are not available after access has been provided, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (digital content exemption).

  • Workshops / coaching sessions: You may cancel up to 24 hours before the session to receive a refund or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • If we cancel a course or workshop, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including videos, text, graphics, and course materials, is owned by The Resource Canvas unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit course materials without written permission.

  • Purchasing a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning only.

7. Liability

  • Our courses and materials are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute business, legal, or financial advice.

  • We do not guarantee that completing a course will result in specific outcomes (e.g., income, funding, or business success).

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or courses.
