1. Digital Courses (Online Learning Content)

Once you purchase a digital course and access is granted, you no longer have the right to cancel or request a refund under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This is because digital content is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period once it has been accessed or downloaded.

If you change your mind before accessing the course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Workshops, Coaching & Live Sessions

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the session to receive a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, coaching session, or live event, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or

A transfer to another session of your choice.

3. Faulty or Inaccessible Products
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing a course or resource, please contact us at start@theresourcecanvas.com. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

You have accessed or downloaded digital course content.

You fail to attend a booked live session or workshop without giving notice.

You attempt to request a refund outside the policy timeframes.
