Cancellation Policy

Resource Canvas Coaching – Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking and Payments Coaching is offered on a monthly subscription basis, payable in advance at the start of each month. Subscription fees cover an agreed number of sessions per month (as outlined in your coaching plan). Sessions must be booked through the agreed scheduling system (e.g., online calendar, email confirmation). 2. Session Scheduling You are encouraged to book your sessions in advance to secure preferred times. Session availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Unused sessions cannot normally be carried over into the next month unless agreed in writing. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If more than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session may be rescheduled within the same monthly cycle (subject to availability). 4. Coach Cancellations In the unlikely event that your coach needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time as soon as possible. If a replacement time cannot be arranged within the same month, that session will be credited forward or refunded (at the coach’s discretion). 5. Pausing or Ending Your Subscription Subscriptions run on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled by either party. To end or pause your subscription, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date. Refunds for part-used months are not provided. 6. Commitment to Coaching Coaching is a collaborative process. To get the most out of the Resource Canvas programme, clients are expected to attend sessions on time and come prepared. The coach will also uphold the same standards of professionalism and preparation for every session.
