Cancellation Policy

Resource Canvas Course – Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Course Bookings All bookings for Resource Canvas courses, workshops, and guest lectures must be made in advance through the designated booking system or via written confirmation. Full payment (or an agreed deposit) is required to secure your place unless otherwise stated. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations by Participants If you need to cancel your booking for a workshop or guest lecture, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for: A transfer to another date (subject to availability), or A credit note for future sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. Cancellations by the Organiser In the rare event that a Resource Canvas course, workshop, or guest lecture is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be offered: A full refund, or A transfer to a rescheduled date. The organiser will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation). 4. Transfers & Substitutions If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague to take your place at no extra cost, provided written notice is given at least 24 hours before the session. Transfers to alternative dates may be arranged where possible but are subject to availability. 5. Non-Attendance Failure to attend a booked course, workshop, or guest lecture without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with no entitlement to refund, transfer, or credit. 6. Commitment to Learning To ensure the best possible experience for all participants, we ask that you arrive promptly and ready to engage. The Resource Canvas team reserves the right to amend course content, timings, or guest speakers where necessary, while ensuring the quality and integrity of the programme remain intact.
